AMAADOR Personal Strategy started as a single calculator — exitstrategycalculator.com — answering one question: how much do you need to save before you can quit your job? It grew because that question is never really just about money.
Our goal is simple: be the calmest, most honest, most useful place on the internet for anyone who feels stuck at work. Not to push you out the door, and definitely not to sell you a "quit your 9–5" dream — but to replace 2 a.m. panic with a number, a plan, and the knowledge that you're not the only one.
What we believe
- Honesty over hype. Three real numbers beat one magic figure. We'll tell you when leaving is risky, and when waiting is the smarter move.
- Privacy by default. The tools run entirely in your browser. No signup, no email, no data leaves your device.
- Free where it matters. The calculators and guides are free. Crisis and mental-health resources are never monetized.
- Health before runway. If burnout is the real driver, we'll say so and point you to people who can help.
How we keep the lights on
Some outbound links (job boards, tools) are affiliate links that pay us a small amount at no extra cost to you, and a few readers chip in via the donate button. That's it. It funds the hosting and the time — and it's why we can keep the core tools free and signup-free. We disclose affiliate links wherever they appear.
